Choose Your Collection Point
Before placing your order please click on the links below to find your nearest PAXI Pep Store or PARGO store collection point. This will open the collection point websites in a new tab. In the displayed map you can type your location in the search bar, and it will show you your nearest collection points.

Once you have identified it, please write down the identification number of the store you wish to use. PAXI store numbers begin with "P". PARGO store numbers begin with "PUP".
When placing your order, add the Collection Store identification number to your address, as shown below.

CHOOSE YOUR SHIPPING METHOD
Before proceeding, go to the Shipping Method drop-down menu, and select your shipping method. This is important - if you select the wrong method and click Next, you will need to cancel and re-do the order.

AFTER YOUR PARCEL IS SHIPPED
When your pacel is shipped, you will receive a Tracking Number. PAXI sends the Tracking Number by SMS, PARGO by email. Using the Tracking Number you can track the parcel on the Paxi or Pargo websites, using the links below.

When your parcel arrives at the collection point you will receive a notification, by SMS from PAXI, and by email from PARGO.
