From a friend:

When Will was 3 he stopped talking and had many other behavioural issues and was diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum with PDD-NOS. So began our journey of many hours of interaction through play to hone his many skills. Will is now 18, still not a great conversationalist (unless on topic) Will loves machines and has gained a lot of confidence in operating them independently. I designed this pizza and its ingredients - Will very proudly has learnt how to set up and laser cut all of it - the wooden ingredients, box stickers, even making and using the ink stamps - then he constructs and puts together this product with love and a sense of achievement. I hope you have hours and hours of fun enjoying this toy and support Will in his income generating venue.
