How does it work?

Invoicing
Simply place one order and you will automatically receive a new auto generated invoice every month. The date you place the order and subscribe, will be the date that you are automatically billed every month. The invoice will be automatically emailed to you every month.

Payments
You may choose to pay with credit card or debit card, via our Peach payments payment options. This monthly payment will be automatically deducted from your credit/debit card. The date of the order is the date that the automatic credit card/debit card payment will be made debited by your bank. We will not be accept EFT payments or Payfast payments for this subscription service.

When do I Receive my subscription order?
The bath bomb subscription is despatched every month, within one or two days after the automatic billing has occurred. You will receive a subscription box,every month, just after your original subscription date.

How long does delivery take?
This is dependent on which delivery option you have chosen.
Paxi has over 2000 collection points, mostly at Pep Stores. Delivery is 7 to 9 days. You will receive an sms from Paxi with a PIN number to authorise collection of goods.
Pargo has over 2500 collection points, at Clicks and other stores. Delivery time is 3 -5 working days. You will receive an email from Pargo advising when your order is ready for collection.
Courier to your door is 2-4 working days.

Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription whenever you wish, there are no penalty costs. You can cancel it by either sending us an email to info@acornkids.com or going to your profile on our website and cancelling it yourself.

Can I give the Bath Bomb Subscription as a gift?
Absolutely. On the registration page, just complete the "Delivery Address" as the name and address of the recipient and we're good to go.

How does the Pricing Work?
The Retail price of R285 is customer price, dealers receive full discounts and commissions. Delivery charge is added on to this price.

What if my box gets damaged in shipping? Can I return it?
Although we make every effort to ensure the safe delivery of our box, accidents can occasionally happen. If items are damaged in your box please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange a replacement.
